Lighter packaging.
Lighter logistics.
A flexible pouch uses up to 75% less material than a rigid container for the same product — and we keep pushing further with recyclable mono-material structures.
Less material than rigid packaging for the same fill volume
Of food waste preventable through better packaging (FPA)
PE / PP recyclable structures, including AlOx high-barrier mono-PP, available on request
Post-consumer recycled content options for qualifying formats
Recyclability is becoming law — market by market.
Wherever your product sells, we can engineer the structure to match the local rules. The requirements our clients ask about most:
Recyclability is becoming a market-access rule
The PPWR has applied since 12 August 2026. From 1 January 2030 — or 24 months after the EU’s design-for-recycling criteria take effect, if later — packaging must be recyclable and reach grade A, B or C; from 2038, grade C drops out. Harmonized labels follow from August 2028 at the earliest, and minimum recycled content applies to plastic packaging from 2030.
Recyclability sets the fee
EPR fees are modulated by recyclability rating, and plastic packaging with under 30% recycled content pays the Plastic Packaging Tax. Mono-material structures cost less to place on the market.
Recyclable or compostable
California's SB 54 requires all packaging to be recyclable or compostable by 2032, with a 65% plastic recycling rate — and Oregon, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, Washington and Maryland are rolling out similar EPR programs.
100% reusable, recyclable or compostable
The National Packaging Targets call for all packaging to be reusable, recyclable or compostable, with the ARL disposal label on pack and recyclability assessed through the PREP tool.
Producer-funded recycling
Provincial EPR programs make producers responsible for packaging end-of-life, backed by a Federal Plastics Registry that requires annual reporting of plastics placed on the market.
Mandatory EPR since 2021
Producers and importers must register with a producer responsibility organization and fund the collection and recycling of their packaging — with other African markets following the same direction.
Big-factory capability.
One-to-one attention.
Stable, high quality
Consistent materials, locked-down processes and tracked on-time, complete delivery. Reorders match the first run — not just the approved proof. Critical suppliers sit within an hour of our plant, so repairs and replenishment don't stall your order.
We value our clients
You get the product of a large enterprise, delivered with the attention of a partner. A named contact follows your order from artwork to shipment, and our sales team — led by Vincent Xu and Tess Wang, native English and French speakers with working Spanish — means clear communication across languages and cultures.
Certified systems
ISO 9001 and HACCP certified production, with quality controls placed at every step — not only at the end of the line.
